We are located at the University of British Columbia main campus in Vancouver, Canada. (For an interactive map of Vancouver, go to www.mapblast.com.) The Centre is in the Douglas T. Directions

By car, driving west on these roads will take you directly to UBC: 4th Ave., 10th Ave., 16th Ave., 41st Ave., and Southwest Marine Drive. The easiest access to the Centre is via Gate 6 off Southwest Marine Drive.

If you are driving to the Centre, there are reserved parking spaces for you in the West Parkade, right across from the Kenny Building. Enter the West Parkade from the Lower Mall. You will need to take a ticket to enter the parkade; then please proceed to Level 4 and park in one of the five spaces marked “Reserved 24 Hours – Early Development Research Group”.

The walkway on level 4 leads directly across the street to the Kenny Building (Department of Psychology). Enter the Kenny Building at the ground level, and follow the signs directing you to the centre you wish to visit:

- Infant Studies Centre in Room 1401
- Infant Cognition Centre in Room 1213
- Language Development Centre in Room 1301
- K.I.D. Studies Centre in Room 1103/1105/1115
- Social and Cognitive Development Centre in Room 1109

If you are coming from the Lower Mainland, UBC is easily accessible by public transportation.

Bus numbers 4, 9, 10, 25, 41, 42, 99 B-Line [and peak-time numbers 49, 85] terminate at the UBC Bus Loop.

If you are coming by bus, walk west from the bus loop for two blocks; you will reach West Mall. Turn left on West Mall passing the small building on the corner. The Kenny Building (Dept of Psychology) is the large building on the left at 2136 West Mall, opposite the parkade. Please enter the Kenny Building at the ground level, and follow the signs to the centre you wish to visit.
